This Manufacturer's Certification Statement is provided to certify that Tri-State Window Factory Corp. ("Tri-State") windows identified on our website as Products Eligible for Stimulus Tax Credits meet the specific energy efficiency criteria in Internal Revenue Code, Section 25C, as it is applied in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Each Tri-State product so identified has a U-Value (or U-Factor) and SHGC rating of 0.30 or lower. These qualifying windows include all Models 4100, 4200, and 5400 double-hungs, casements, and horizontal sliders.

This certification statement should be retained by the taxpayer as it may be requested from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the event of an audit.
