Dear Paul:

I want to apologize for sending you this letter so late after your company installed the windows on our property. My schedule became very hectic with the planning of the camp season. However, I still wanted to send a short note thanking you and your entire staff for such an outstanding job.

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your professionalism and assistance as you guided me through the procedure of purchasing the windows. I felt very comfortable and at ease that our company made the best decision in choosing Tri-State for the installation of the twelve windows in the Carriage House and then subsequently the eleven windows in the Mansion. Erica from Customer Service and the two gentlemen who can to measure for the windows were all very professional and helpful in my dealings with them. Please thank them for their assistance on my behalf.

From what I have heard from the teachers in the Carriage House the classrooms and my colleagues on the third floor of the Mansion, it was very comfortable in both locations and they definitely felt a difference in the temperature throughout the hot summer. Your windows are a great product that I would recommend to anyone. Please feel free to use me as reference in the future.
