Dear Tri-State:

This is not a letter of complaint, rather a letter to tell you the excellent service I received from this company and excellent product they provided in 1997. I requested a report from your office on this company and from that good report we hired them to install their windows. We were very satisfied with their installers and product is as stated. Our house warmer in winter and heater cost lower.

This year I found three of the window panes had streaks that I could not remove. I called customer service and they immediately set up a date for representative to come and inspect to problem. He said they had to replace and within a short time they came to measure and the windows were replaced. I most comment this company on the efficiency of their workers and the quick, polite manner which this was handled.

We are quick to write out complaints and forget to give compliments when the company does good work and lives up to its guarantee.
