Dear Tri-State:

Last week we had a problem with one of the windows your company installed several years ago. While trying to clean it one of the sashes fell out and we had trouble replacing it. We called your service department and explained the problem to them and requested that someone make a service call to replace the window. I was told that someone would be over within hour.

A gentleman came over within an hour and replaced the window without any problem and also spent the time showing us how to properly open the window for cleaning. I want to thank your service department for being so prompt in understanding our problem and responding so quickly.

It’s very rare today to get such good customers service. Please express my thanks to them for being so concerned and for a job well done.
