On April 28th we placed an order with you to install all new windows in our house. You promised delivery by the first week of June and installation to be completed in one or two days.

A word of thanks to you and your installtion crew. All promises were kept on time, the installtion done neatly, the crew cleaned up inside and outside when finished and all the windows work beautifully, as you so ably demonstrated to us at the time we visited your show rooms.

We have had a month now to use and enjoy your windows and thought you might like to know that you have two very satisfied customers as a result of what you initiated. We subsequently have had he occasion to recommend your company to acquaintances in Baldwin and even took the liberty of giving your name as the person to contact when their interest turned to action.
